Walkie-Talkie is an app that let you talk easily to your friends. No authentification is required. Just download the app, choose a frequency (between 0 and 1000) and press the on/off button. Youll be able to listen to anybody connected to the frequency and if you want to talk, just press the big yellow button and thats it!
